We are family based small company dare to dream, 😊 and we strongly believe that opportunities are everywhere. For quite some time, we thought about customer experience and how could it be improved. We started by asking questions like “what motivates people when picking up the product that shall serve their needs?” The answer to this question may not be so obvious. We know that world is filled with fabulous products, but in our opinion, some of them “lack the soul”. After months of research we came up with the conclusion that Customers do not want to be pressured, neither to be sold. Customers simply want VALUE, but above of all, they want relationship and to know who WE are. So, it may sound a bit peachy 😊 but our mission is simple yet genuine; to get to know our Customers, and respond to their needs. We wish nothing more but to bring happiness and enjoyment to all outdoor cooking lovers!
